Aesthet Studio follows the Victorian Government’s Industry Restart Guidelines Hair and Beauty Services and has a CovidSafe Plan.

As part of the above detailed approach, the following are key points for you to be aware of to be confident of your personal COVID safety:

  • All team members are fully vaccinated.

  • All team members wear masks as required.

  • All team members have completed infectious control training (certificate(s) displayed in clinic)

  • All equipment used is being disinfected between each client (standard practice pre COVID)

  • General surfaces frequently touched in the clinic by anyone, such as door handles and any surfaces touched for payment, are being disinfected regularly throughout the day and each evening

  • The clinic is cleaned each evening

  • Contactless payment facilities are available

  • Hand sanitiser is available in reception and soap in the bathroom

  • We do not offer facial treatments during periods when these are not permitted

All visitors are requested to respect the following COVID-19 Safe Client Rules when visiting the clinic (these rules along with related signs are displayed at the clinic).

COVID-19 SAFE CLIENT RULES

Do NOT enter if:

  • You are not fully vaccinated - we will require you to provide a vaccination declaration (see Vaccination Declaration below)

  • You are more than 5 minutes early for an appointment

  • There are already 2 clients visible inside

  • You should be self-isolating

  • Currently or during the last 14 days you:

    • Have tested positive for COVID-19

    • Have had any flu-like symptoms

    • Have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case

    • Have had contact with anyone returned from overseas

On entry you MUST:

  • Sanitise your hands using the hand sanitiser provided

  • Keep a distance of 1.5m from any other client inside

  • Only take off your face mask if masks are not mandatory indoors / If masks are mandatory indoors then you can only take off your mask for undergoing a facial treatment (when facial treatments are permitted)

  • Scan the QR code provided, or if you do not have a QR code scanning phone, provide your name and phone plus date/time of visit for the log

VACCINATION DECLARATION

Based on our legal requirements as a personal services provider, all existing clients will be emailed a Vaccination Declaration form prior to re-opening, to fill out and return upon visiting the premises. New clients will also receive this form on initial consultation. Forms will be stored securely and remain confidential. When filling out the form with your personal details you will be required to provide your vaccination certificate number and when it is valid from. These details can be obtained from your Australian Government COVID-19 digital certificate from the MyGov website. Please see the example below of the details you will need to provide.
