Aesthet Studio is not a medical centre, therefore it cannot and does not offer advice regarding the suitability or appropriateness of any of the studio's treatments for any medical condition, or compatibility with any prescription or professionally administrated medication. The studio can refuse you treatment if it deems that any of your medical conditions may cause harm to you, the studio's staff or other clients of the studio. Any information provided by the studio (including from its website (aesthet.studio) and/or owner(s) and/or employee(s) and/or agent(s) - in person or via any correspondence) should not be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice. The studio's treatments may improve certain medical skin conditions however the studio's information on treatments to do with medical conditions are not medical advice.

You release Aesthet Studio including its owner(s) and/or employee(s) and/or agent(s) and/or third-party provider(s) from all responsibility and all liability for any death, injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage caused by any treatment or circumstance due to treatment, even if you provide the studio with 'medical clearance' from a medical practitioner allowing the treatment, or if you misrepresent or fail to disclose to the studio your medical conditions or changes to your medical history prior to any treatment.

All requests for cosmetic injections are always referred to a registered cosmetic nurse, who is trained and legally authorised to discuss, consult and administer cosmetic injection based treatments and procedures. Cosmetic injections are only performed by the authorised cosmetic nurse who is trained and qualified to do so. Cosmetic injections can only be received through direct consultation with the nurse, via the nurse’s process, as required by law. The studio’s only involvement with cosmetic injection treatments is listing the treatment as available via an authorised cosmetic nurse, acting as an introduction agent for the nurse, organising bookings with the nurse, and providing a private room for the nurse to first consult and then perform the procedures, which are agreed with the nurse, and for which consent has been given. Injections and injection materials are at all times controlled by the nurse. They are held by the nurse and only administered by the nurse. Surplus injections and injection materials are removed from the premises by the nurse. No materials associated with any injections (cosmetic or otherwise) are stored at the premises. Injection materials are a controlled substance, therefore it is not possible for the studio to obtain injection materials of any nature. No injections or injection materials are available or stored by the studio.

Other treatment procedures offered by the studio which do not involve cosmetic injections and are not injection treatments, can be performed by the studio’s staff, who are qualified and authorised to perform these other treatment procedures. Skin needling treatments (such as Dermapen) are puncturing procedures, not injecting procedures. The studio’s staff are qualified and authorised to perform skin puncturing procedures. Other remaining treatment procedures are either non-surgical or non-invasive. The studio’s practitioners are qualified and authorised to perform all non-surgical and non-invasive treatment procedures.
