If you would like to indicate the names of the purchaser and the receiver of the gift voucher, you can add this information during the checkout process. If you would like a hard copy voucher instead, please select this checkbox during the checkout process.

After completing the check out process and payment, we will email you a copy of the gift voucher (as pictured here) containing a unique serial number and expiry date, and with names if they were provided, within 24 hours.

The sent pink gift voucher must then be provided before the appointment.
The person using the voucher must bring it with them.
